Give Claude Code a browser signed in to your sites
Claude Code works in your terminal, but much of what it needs sits behind a sign-in: dashboards, admin panels, issue trackers and docs. Clutchbox gives it a cloud computer whose Chrome is already signed in to the sites you choose, so it can read and act on them without your password or a cookie export.
Before you start
- Sign in to Clutchbox with Google. Personal use is free for 600 minutes of computer time a month.
- Add the Chrome extension and add the sites Claude Code needs. It syncs their sign-ins to your cloud computer in the background.
Connect Claude Code
The MCP server’s address is https://www.clutchbox.dev/api/mcp.
- In a terminal, run:
- In Claude Code, run
/mcp, choose clutchbox, then Authenticate, and allow the connection in your browser.
Try it
Ask Claude Code for something that needs one of your synced sites, for example:
Use Clutchbox to open our admin panel, reproduce the bug in this issue, and write a failing test for it.
With Clutchbox, export my open GitHub notifications to a CSV in this repo.
Use Clutchbox to check the staging dashboard and screenshot any chart that shows errors.
Claude Code opens your cloud computer, already signed in. You can watch it work and take over from your account at any time.
What Claude Code can do there
- See the screen and use the mouse and keyboard on a full Linux desktop.
- Drive Chrome directly over the Chrome DevTools Protocol, as Playwright does.
- Run commands, and download the files it makes.
It acts on your real accounts, so sync only the sites a task needs. One agent uses the computer at a time, and you can disconnect any agent from your account immediately. How we keep your sign-ins safe.
